You just pause it, do whatever you want, and then when you resume, it’ll start exposing the next layer. That means that if you move the build plate, you need to make sure to move it back to the correct location.

I suggest you try printing dry (e.g. no resin) to experiment with the different things that you can do in the middle of the print.

in addition to pausing the print in the middle, you can stop the print, change settings, change the start layer to be the layer that was about to print when you stopped, and then start it again.
