James, I was trying to explain that after you print say that to do the multipart print I had a total of 4700 layers. I put only 1500 layers in the model folder and printed these. Then I would put in another 1500 layers and reload the model from the same folder but change the start layer to be at 1501 etc. After a print portion is done the Zlinear stage raises up and a randomly odd height (not exactly 50mm or 10mm or 100 mm. So to lower the print with the previous 1500 layers back down to the the vat at exactly the right height is only doable in tenth’s of a millimeter. This is is fine for 100µm. But in my case high resolutions get worse and worse e.g. 37µm. You can’t directly tell the Zstage to go back down to 150.05mm. Only 150.0 or 150.1
