At higher resolutions, small changes in exposure matter more because the light intensity is significantly higher. Other than that, I don’t know whether you would find any differences in adhesion when changing the resolution.

If you’re having a lot of problems with attachment using the default settings, the first thing I would check is that Z=0 is low enough. I typically lower Z zero by 0.2mm if I’m having build plate adhesion issues. I try to make the attachment layer wider than the base of my part (and then trim it off) so that I can measure the thickness of the attachment layer independently with calipers should I have adhesion issues. If the attachment layer is much more than 0.2mm, I’ll lower Z zero by the difference.
