I disagree with shrinkage, I’m betting if Robert prints again, it repeats.. I’ve seen this problem and still have it from time to time today….The offset is saying just a few things, movement of the build platform or movement of the projector image…I feel from what I keep seeing myself it’s movement of the projector image due to its precise shift, that tells me it’s an unknown electronic shift…Why? I’ve always asked, I also see those weak delamination layers from time to time and repeat from print run to print run within the same file. I’ve always questioned the stepper motor, for some reason a movement did not repeat and now thinking again of the projector light intensity changing, all this said, it is always repeatable from print run to print run within the same file…Nothing relates to the layer settings within Kudo’s software. I’ve wrote in the past a few times about this calling it out as a BUG.

Robert, try to calculate or count the layers of where this happens, set up a video to view the bottom of the vat and then go back and view frame by frame to prove out this light image shift that may be happening…I’ll have to try that when I run across this again to prove or disprove the theory.

Would love to get to the bottom of this.

BTW Robert, you have some excellent pictures of this strange layer shift
