When switching to another resin container, please check the Z zero again. The silicone thickness may have some variations.
Version two PSP comes with a silicone that is softer and much stickier. If the build platform squeezes into the silicone, the four corners of the Teflon film may pop up and the linear stage will tilt slightly backward. Use your finger to feel the adhesion of the silicone. If you slightly push one of the corner, you will see the corner pops up. Avoid warping and distortion near the corners and edges of the film is the only way to prevent resin getting underneath the Teflon film. If there is no curing under the film, you can clean up the PSP and the film and then put the film back (the silicone is sticky enough to hold the film). Without the film, you may still print on silicone a few times with very mild resins.
Also please note that the build platform needs to be parallel to the PSP (completely flat) – or else the platform can press onto the corner of the PSP. Using the small build platform will decrease the chance of this happening as the smaller platform won’t press on the corners of the PSP.
