You probably need to contact support then, there may be a part that requires replacing. This is a weird one, I’ve not come across anyone else with this problem before.
To help clarify exactly what is going on (there may be unnoticed details that Kudo3D support will pick up on), it might be good to make a video, one with around 60 seconds at the beginning of the print, and then a skip to 100 layers later of the same print and 60 seconds of video from that point.
