Thanks Nathan, there is a new update for MM that came out a few weeks ago (Not sure exactly) and I had to kinda relearn what my supports settings should be. The support generator is a bit differen’t in the new one and is a tad improved. The main thing I realized is that for the most part; I need to re-make all the supports and add new ones where needed. The default settings for SLA/DLP have support width and tip width a tad too small for the scale I’m printing at and resolution (using the whole 192×108 B.P. with Makerjuice). The above model is done now as I reprinted this guy and did use the newer version of MM for the last support generation and ended up not needed the 3D brick on the hip, but modified the one by the neck. I’ve found that my MM workflow is that I need to let it autogenerate the supports then pretty much (Except for the bed of nails that it makes) remove most all of them or use the one’s that have been created and build from the top down or bottom up with my own more logical placement. The zig/zaggy nature of MM supports is kinda wonky IMO but also I’m impressed with it but sometimes doesn’t make helpful supports. I like to build them a bit more logical.

Just got your email from my website, sure would like to meet sometime! Cheers.
