It’s strange, you shouldn’t need to change taskbar configs or color because of 2 reasons: It shouldn’t be any taskbar in second screen by default, only at main screen.
The kudo projects as full screen, so it should be over the taskbar.
I would give a try without using the auto-hide feature. Check if there is a config to allow taskbar to occupy single or both screens. (I can’t check it now because I’m printing)
It is also important to use the aluminum foil in front of lenses, and only remove it before print or calibrate, otherwise you’ll have “ACER” “input” “HDMI” and other unwanted things curing your resin while turning on the projector.
