If you haven’t started designing your molds yet, I suggest starting small. As small as possible while still producing something interesting to you. It just happened that I have been casting a part in polyurethane using ABS FDM 3D printed molds and want to move production of the existing part to injection molding. But since this part is so big, it has certainly been a challenging journey.
