This took me a while to figure out as well. Assuming you have CWS v1.0.0.75 like I do, click Configure and then Configure Slicing Profile and then check the “Export to CWS” checkbox which will ungray the “Export to Disk” checkbox. Check that box also, then click “Apply Changes”. Then click the cake icon to get the “Slice!” window. When you click “Slice” then it will take much longer than before as it is writing the slices to disk in the same directory as your .stl with a directory name of “<part>.slice”. Hopefully this works for folks who are stuck.
