Can you post some information about what you’re printing, the orientation and supports you’re using, the resin, and the settings you’re using?
I’ve printed some pretty huge stuff flat against the build plate, and others have printed some large stuff more safely at various orientations.
One of the things about silicone is that there are no adhesives that will adhere it to non-silicone, and especially not FEP film, which is extremely chemical resistant (a characteristic important for printing on 3DM resins).
Also, are you finding that the film is pulling up in a way that you’re unable to put it back? I’ve pulled up film before with certain kinda of asymmetric structures combined with overly fast lifts. However, whether there is resin seepage or not, I’ve always been able to remove, clean, and replace the film. If you are encountering irreversible mechanical damage when the film lifts, it would be helpful to know what that is so we can provide feedback on the nature of the damage.
