Also, if you’re printing Spot-HT at 37 microns with 5 seconds, that may be a bit high.
At high resolution, even small amounts of time make a big difference given the intensity of the light at this resolution. The recommended exposure for 36 micron XY with 30 micron Z seems to be 3 seconds.
A screenshot of your settings would helpful since the 25mm/min down, 150mm/m up that you wrote earlier seems reversed. If you really were doing that, it would be far too fast.
