Reply To: Warping Issues on the base.

So I tried lowering the layer exposure to 4 seconds from 5, and slightly increase the attachments layers exposure since the last print had a tiny amount of warping on the sides. This resulted in the part seeming to half come out with it attached to the vat.

I’ve attached my config file, note this is 3dm cast resin with 25 micron z and 37 micron xy resolution. Layers 1-2 are attachment layers and 3-22 are huge layers with almost as much light being shown as in the attachment layers, however they have small features that need to be defined which is why I’m not sure if I should lower the exposure to decrease light bouncing and polymerizing too much or increase to help it attach to the base fully. Everything past 23 is a simple rectangle so I drastically lowered the exposure time.

Anything you’d do differently/what would you recommend I try next?
