Hi @Jacob, I was wondering if you solved your problem of having “egg shaped” test print? I recently purchased the Titan 1 and have had the same results. If you could let me know how you fixed this...

I’ve used the soft vat for everything, including the letter press plates. When you say “warpage” what exactly are you encountering? Do you have pictures? Are you talking about waviness in the surface of...

I’d love to talk more about large surface area parts. What are some elements of the printing parameters that help them come out? The parts i’m looking to print currently have about a 50um base(2 layers...

That part seems dimensionally very similar to the letter press plate I printed and posted to the Showcase forum. The main thing necessary is sufficiently long exposure times for the attachment layer,...

My failed prints have looked like thin films with no features what so ever. I don’t think my first attachment layer was detaching at all so lift height didn’t come into play. The couple of successful...

I’m realizing now maybe my problem was I was lowering the exposure in the attempts to minimize attachment to the teflon so it’d lift off easier but maybe it was never reaching the base in the first...

I printed the letter press plate flat. Out of the various parameters available, reducing exposure is probably the trickiest thing.Reducing exposure does reduce vat adhesion and light bleed, but at a...

I just resized my XY from 50 to 100, and noticed that somewhere in between the two sizes, there were a lot of white spots projected up onto my test sheet. They went away by the time I refocused the...

So I noticed in my vat there are these sort of ridges in the teflon that show up in the parts. Is there any way to get rid of them or is that vat ruined? I tried to get a picture but it was hard to...

It’s sounds like the film shifted on the surface of the vat due to repeated separation or a failed print. You can likely smooth it back down by removing the film and then laying it back down. If the...

I wonder if anyone has tried using the tempered glass screen protector for iPad as the film for VAT? They are very tough with an oleo phobic coating. But I am not sure if it lets UV to pass and if it...

So I have some good results finally. I got a 50 um base to attach itself and am now trying to refine the layer features. I was wondering if you could give some advice on how I can get the features to...

So I tried lowering the layer exposure to 4 seconds from 5, and slightly increase the attachments layers exposure since the last print had a tiny amount of warping on the sides. This resulted in the...

The piece is a little bit out of focus, but is the problem with flat surfaces that the side of the part facing the build plate has areas that are thicker than the model? Or is there also some problem...

The recommended layer exposure time for 3DM cast at 37XY/25Z is 0.6 seconds. It’s a much faster resin than Spot-HT.At 4 seconds, layers 3-22 are likely to be significantly overexposed.According to the...
