I don’t think you need the glycol ether necessarily. It just makes it a little easier to mix the moly evenly into the resin, since the glycol ether will wet the moly first, but from the pictures, the moly doesn’t really clump up much anyway.

I did all the mixing in a small 10mL cup. You want to use as little glycol ether as possible, since it will weaken your resin if you put too much in, so maybe 1:1 to the moly by mass.

Moly isn’t electrostatic like toner, so it’s not quite as messy.
