Hi
Kudo tech support asked me to try with another computer to see if was able to turn the projector on/off. Here is a copy of my answer:
Hi
Good and bad news
My other computer (HP Elitebook mobile workstation 8560W) doesn´t have an HDMI port, nor generates a Full HD signal.
Despite this I was a ble to turn on and off the control and print functions entirely from that laptop, including the projector.
This means that Mr Jkao is probably right, the problem resides in my new Dell laptop I had to buy to operate the printer, which has the 1900×1080 resolution, Intel 4400 card an HDMI port, but as I said before, is unable to turn on /off the projector.
How shall I proceed , what’s next? Do you think calling Dell will fix the problem? any ideas?
As I mentioned Mr Jkao, despite this annoyance of computer rebooting everytime I turn on the projector manually, I was able to make a dry printing run (no resin, high zero to avoid touching the vat.) and seemed to work ok.
Do you believe I can still print having this problem?
I´l contact Dell in the meantime.
Thanks
Saludos
