I am a Maya user so after I’m done generating my slices, I load them in Fcheck. It’s a image sequence utility that ships with Maya. There are others out there if anyone’s interested. I like to use it to carefully scrub through all the generated slices. I do see areas that have more surface area substatnially than others in this print and so I’ve lowered the up or peel speed for these areas. I guess I was thinking that one could right a program that analyzed the slices and made a graph that simply calc. how much what vs. black there was on a layer. Regardless if it’s supports or not (e.g. few and large in diameter or many smaller supports), it should be the total area for exposure analysis, and it should be the largest solid area of peel speed analysis. If you could output that to Excel. Kinda like autosupport generation but Titan1 3D print auto print settings. I use the supports to get started but have to add and remove them for final printing.
