Don’t have a chemical background. That all makes sense. Yes I purchased the Titan1 for 3D sculptures that require fine details and it does this admirably. I never considered mechanical parts until I saw you and others doing this on their Titan1’s. I’ve thus far not attained speeds faster than the M200 for anything complex and not have failed prints, so I print on my Titan1 slowly. I have had some great highly detailed prints come off the M200 and it rarely if ever fails, so it’s hard to compare speed. It obviously can’t print the type of detail the Titan1 can so I find they are great compliments of each other but FDM at least on the Zortrax is very reliable and I often print the part I want on both and end up selling the Zortrax print to my customer. I have calibrated the Zortrax for fitness and have it pretty dialed in for parts. To do this on the Titan1 is obviously where its printed, what resolution, with what resin, and what speed so it’s a bit more complex but my goal is to do first run’s with the M200 and then final highend for casting purposes runs on the Titan1 and have them both dimensionally work (never exact) but close.
