Mike, are you seeing Z-axis compression in your remnants as well? If not, for sanity, it might be good to start a new thread with a subject more along the lines of the symptoms you are seeing.
I recommend taking a look at this older thread:

That has some things to look for to quantify the failure symptoms you’re seeing more precisely.
From the pictures of the remnants, offhand, I would guess that you’re underexposing. The recommended build exposure time for 75 microns XYZ is 8.2 seconds, and you’re printing at 5.5 seconds at 78 microns XY / 100Z. I have the feeling that you’ll need something between 8 and 10 seconds, and probably won’t see significant adverse effects even as high as 14.
You print looks like it was okay for some amount at the beginning, then at a certain point started showing major degradation. I suggest measuring the height up to which the print was fully solid. I would venture to guess that height will line up with one of the zone boundaries (e.g. layers 2, 10, or 50). I have a strong suspicion that at layer 50 (5mm Z) and up is where you start showing trouble.
Analyze by looking for the last sequential fully formed layer, figure out what settings you had at that layer, then extend that higher.
