Yes, it’s too large, anyhow, I moves on with other projects as this line problem whipped me…I came back after a few days and tried again, this time I took my exposure and increased it from 9.5sec to 10sec, this got rid of the separation problem for obvious reasons but the line are still there….This line problem has been about since day one of running certain prints and of all the problem I’ve gotten around by adding and re-machining parts this one is killing me to figure out, other than that I’ve got a nice running and easy to use machine….
Something to chew on:
I studies this new part with lines and without separation issue under my microscope and now I see something different….each layer is the same thickness BUT where these lines are formed (seen by the naked eye) the microscope revealed an increase of light bleed…Meaning the normal profile of the layer edge is outboard from the rest of the layers (possible increase of light bleed) giving this line appearance…
that said, you have let say, 50 good layers then about 10 or 12 layers they are further outboard then back to the rest of the layers that match the first 50…This pattern is copied from print to print attempt after attempt, carbon copied…
what is going on with this, light changing for what reason??????????????????
