There are two silicones. One is for sealing, should you tear off the walls or damage the corner seals. For edge sealing, use marine grade or aquarium grade silicone sealant, something that is 100% silicone.
The other silicone is what covers the vat floor under the film. This is unlikely to get damaged because you have FEP film over it.
If you want to re-pour the floor for some reason (the main reason to do this is if you are printing on bare silicone w/o the film, in which case the silicone will have a fairly short life), you can use the same type of silicone as for other types of 3D printers. I have a YouTube video up on this subject:
On the v2 super-soft silicone, I’ve never tried printing on that bare, but I have the feeling that i wouldn’t work very well since the surface would be very difficult to clean. When using film, I can’t think of a scenario where the silicone would get damaged, although if you do find a way, I’d be interested in hearing it.
For this silicone, if for some reason you do need to replace it, buy a new vat and convert the old one into a hard silicone vat.
