I am having trouble calibrating the projector at 37 microns. It seems I have to push the lens all the way up and the focus all the way to the left. Then I have to move the projector up and down to try and focus it. It’s almost impossible to do it. And the best I’ve gotten it doesn’t look very sharp. I’d love a detailed video of someone using the grid Jensa made and calibrate the printer to 37 microns.
On another note, I have seen images of the white wedge for the projector but I don’t have one. Was it with the projector or was it in the big box with all the other stuff for the printer? I’ve looked everywhere and I don’t have it. Sounds like it is important to have.
I am in the process of trying to start a calibration print. I have to say the guide we have is really really lacking for someone who hasn’t ever done this before. I’d like to see all the settings for a calibration print. The creation workshop settings in making the slices as well as the printer settings for curing etc. and which types of resins should be used for each setting. Seems like you guys(Kudo) have been doing this stuff already anyway. Why not formally post this information? It would be really really helpful in trying to make sure calibration was done correctly. Not everyone that bought one of these machines is an engineer or jeweler. Thanks,
Kenzie
